2. Product Customization

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete customization details such as images, text, logos, or artwork.

  • We provide previews or mock-ups for some products; however, minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

  • Once production starts, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned unless they meet the conditions for replacement outlined in our Payment & Return Policy.

  • QuirkyCase is not responsible for mistakes in design caused by the customer providing incorrect or unclear details.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content uploaded by the customer must be their own work or properly licensed for use.

  • Customers must not upload any copyrighted, offensive, or illegal content.

  • QuirkyCase reserves the right to reject any customization request that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms and Conditions.

  • By uploading content, you grant QuirkyCase a limited license to use the content solely for producing your order.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins. We accept secure payment methods, including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

  • QuirkyCase ensures that all payment transactions are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. We do not store sensitive financial information such as card numbers.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • QuirkyCase delivers products across India using reliable logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location, product type, and customization complexity. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. QuirkyCase is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • As all products are customized, returns or refunds are generally not accepted for change of mind.

  • Replacement or refund is applicable only in the following scenarios:

    • Product received is damaged during delivery

    • Product received does not match the order specifications

  • Customers must record an unboxing video to support any replacement or refund claim.

  • Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
